Why don’t you sell ceramic tile? Ceramic tile and grout are not very compatible with our climate and usage of our homeowners. If you look up Tile Council of America’s guidelines for installations, the specifications are very specific to each job. Floor and grout failures are very common. We want you to be completely pleased with your new flooring for many years. We had ceramic in our home and tore it out after 6 years.
What product would you suggest instead of Ceramic tile? We offer our luxury Vinyl Tile lines that we feel are a great maintenance-free choice for people desiring the ceramic look. Vinyl companies have also stepped up in the last couple of years with terrific looks and great durability.
What carpet cushion do you use? We use a premium-bonded cushion, which 90% of stores won’t handle. It is much more expensive but we do not charge extra for it. It is our standard cushion.
